On August 19 2024 I scheduled an appointment for a recall for VCMS software update for my Ioniq 6 with service writer Ronnie Ryan. Ronnie indicated that there were 3 outstanding recalls that needed to be taken care of. 2 ICCU updates and the rear inner drive shaft replacement. After telling me what they were I said those had already been completed in March of this year. March 29th was that service date. At that time the service writer told me the recall for the inner drive shaft replacement would take 2 ½ days but it took 4 days in total. I got a call from a service manager 2 hours after I picked up the car saying they had received a part that was ordered and I need to schedule service to have it installed. I tolled them I do not know what they are talking about, as I had just picked the car up from service 2 hours ago. They said just a minute then came back and said never mind their mistake. Ronnie said it looks like the dealer recall repair paperwork had not been completed to show the recalls closed out. So the new recall is all that is needed Ronnie said. So on the day to have the recall for the VCMS update completed Ronnie said after further investigation the reason the other recall ticket items where never closed out was because the part that had been ordered for the March service was never installed and that he would take care of that. While waiting in the lounge Ronnie came to see me a gave me some bad news advising he had the car inspected and found that none of the March recalls had been completed. And that the rear inner axle and the other part that had been ordered was still on the shelf with my name on them. Needless to say I was none too happy about this. He said that he would have all 4 recalls completed that day by 4PM, it was now 9:45am. So you are telling me you are going to accomplish in 7 hours when I was told back in March it was going to take 2 ½ days. YES. Obviously I had my doubts about that. So they gave me a ride home. At 4PM Ronnie called a said the car has all 4 recalls completed and sent a cars to pick me up. So kudos to Ronnie for getting this accomplished and to whoever the service tech or techs were. Throughout this order deal Ronnie was nothing but professional in making me feel that the only thing on his plate that day was fixing this grievous mistake.

I just hope I am in the right Hyundai (Henderson)location/website. We bought the car in June. Apologize for not doing this review right away as it became pretty hectic. But I want to do this because our sales guy did an awesome job. We were not sure about getting it because of the down payment. It isn't that much but we didn't plan to lease a car so soon. It was more of a great deal because it was under promotion and it is the type of vehicle we want to have. We thought that it was not meant for us because we did not have time to sit and talk with them. Long story short, they made it happen. We just talked over the phone(text and call) was able to ask questions and TONY SAUKAS is very responsive. It was a smooth transaction. And he helped us with our DP issues, he was able to apply it on our monthly lease. That we can also afford. And after that, the vehicle was delivered to us the next day. We are extremely happy that we worked with Tony, he is very knowledgeable, patient and he understands customers needs. :)

We have been Hyundai owners for years and always shop around for the best deal. We started our hunt at Henderson Hyundai where we were fortunate enough to meet Ali. Later we visited ABC, Centennial and the Hyundai on Sahara. We shopped Carvana, Carmax, Auto Trader and Truecar. Our salesman Ali at Henderson Hyundai is very knowledgeable and was able to bring us back to the dealership offering us the best price in and out of town! He provided valuable information while comparing different models and did a fantastic job of making sure we were happy. He was personable and funny too. Didn’t feel like we were doing business with the stereotypical car salesman. Ugh! Ali and his team worked their magic and made our deal happen. We highly recommend him and Henderson Hyundai!

Best car buying experience I have every had! Dominick and Karen made everything so simple. We did everything via text message and then I submitted my documents through a secure link. They made sure everything was ready for me when I came in the next day. I came in, test drove the car and signed my documents and all done with zero hassle. Everyone seemed to genuinely care about my experience. John in Finance was awesome as well. He secured me a great deal and warranty and was fun to talk to. We bought our car back in November of last year. Because we don't drive a lot, we have less than 4,000 miles on it, but wanted to get the oil changed because of an upcoming vacation. I also needed to get the tire pressure screen turned off because the tires were fine. Anyway, everyone was wonderful! I especially enjoyed talking with Louie because he seemed to really care about me and my car. Thanks everyone!

Just got my Elantra N yesterday ‼️ big thanks to my salesperson it was ms.Paige. My brother told me that buying a car can takes all day but it was smooth and fast except on choosing the car i wanted. Ronnie always explains everything. I had to get an Uber back to pickup first time used Uber. He called during trip to be sure all ok. Also sales are great Dominic is the best.
