Have been in twice. Both times I was very happy. Wasn't happy with ABC Hyundai Service dept. They are friendly and helpful. Didn't overcharge me when they had the opportunity (unlike ABC). Didn't force extra services that I didn't need. I'll be back for sure!

I booked my appointment at the wrong location. I showed up at Hyundai Henderson and I was immediately greeted by service advisor Jeremy Green. Jeremy got me in with a smile and even got me out of there in half the expected time. Jeremy was wonderful. Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and professional. It was the first time he serviced my car and I was extremely satisfied. 10 stars for sure.

Jeremy in service was amazing to work with! He took extremely good care of my elderly mother, whose car had an unexpected problem. He provided very thorough communication which was so helpful and he followed through on everything he said he would do. Give this man a raise!! Make sure to research current offers such as rebates versus low APR prior to meeting with the finance department. We love our new Amazon Grey Tuscan Hybrid!

Our vehicle purchase was made very easy by Eddie (salesman) and Kelly (internet manager). They arranged for my current vehicle to be be serviced at the same time as having the vehicle I was interested in to be ready for test drive. One of the faster car purchases I’ve had. Very organized. Another Eddie in finance kept things fast and easy also.

Great improvements since the last trip through the service center. We made the appt and took the car in for a recall and tune up. We picked the car up same day! Associates are very helpful and super nice to work with. Thank you for the revamp in processes!!
4 weeks for a coolant flush on our electric. 2 weeks the first time. "It's ready" Go to pick it up but the error message is still there. So we have to wait another 2 weeks?? And it costs 2 grand?? I know doing the right thing for the Earth is worth it but the car companies are taking advantage of us.

While the waiting area is nice, it would have been nicer to have a vending machine or snacks available as I waited 3 hours for my car and didn’t have breakfast beforehand. My fault but I thought there would be options.

I had a great experience I took my car in for a oil change but was told I needed a lot more done that I couldn't afford so Jeremy Green Service Advisor helped me by letting me know what was necessary like my transmission drain because it was harder to do on our own. He was very patient and was a great help.

I took my car back to Henderson Hyundai for a second visit and inspection. They diagnosed the issue immediately. Once again Michelle S was amazing and secured me a loaner vehicle. I was given a date when my car would likely be ready for pickup and actually they finished it 5 days ahead of schedule. I trust this business and will always drive across the county to bring my car there for any issues/inspections/repairs.
My experience was excellent. Michelle my agent was very kind and kept us updated. I had made an appointment and my Ford Maverick truck went back exactly on time and was done as expected. They video everything to show you your vehicle inside and out even when everything checks out perfect. You'll know the complete health which makes you feel safe getting on the road. I took my Hyundai Tucson for services and ended up purchasing a new one. The Super Store was extremely clean with free beverages and snacks. We were met by lots of staff and it definitely was not lacking in courtesy and friendliest. This is the place to go when looking for a new Hyundai /used vehicle.

As I wrote in the other survey. Ace Passey has been my service manager for the last couple years and he is an asset to the dealership. Also Henderson Hyundia does a great job servicing their customers. I have had 5 vehicles, currently 2 ( 2022 and 2025 Elantras) and love them. They are customer friendly dealership. From sales to service they work with you. The. People that check you in at service are fantastic. Ace always explains options and service. Like I said in the other survey: “Ace is the Face of the helpful Serviceman.”

I knew what kind of car I wanted, Elantra hybrid, white. I spoke with Ehsan Mohammadi on the phone and he assured me they had a white one on another lot. When I arrived, he brought up a gasoline car, which is configured the same, so I could drive it around to see if I liked it. He then ordered the other car to be readied while all the paperwork was being done. Very happy with the relaxed atmosphere and no hard sells or trying to up-sell.
The salesman Coby was very helpful, in answering all my questions .I would easily recommend him to my friends. Coby knew a lot about the cars.
We had Marcus help us through the process of purchasing a Hyundai Ionic. Even after we purchased the car he called and patiently answered questions. We had a really long wait because of a client before us, and my family was famished! He sweetly bought a ton of vending food snacks to help us and carried our car seat and bags from our old car into our new one to get out fast. We will always be grateful!!
