Equus is a new kind of luxury car, so Hyundai created a new kind of service we like to call 'At Your Service.' Maintenance is free, and when it comes time for tune-ups and oil changes, we'll come retrieve the car from you*. In fact, we may just have to get rid of our service waiting rooms altogether.

Hyundai Equus Owner Experience App

Equus is the first luxury car to have an available iPad® app to help you understand and maintain your vehicle. The simple Apple interface enables owners with an iPad® to view the Owner's Manual that includes interactive demo videos, 360-degree images, and a quick reference guide to help you learn everything from the Vehicle Stability Management system to how to use the supervision cluster. You can also use the Dealer Locator to find the nearest Authorized Equus Dealer and schedule all your routine maintenance via this convenient downloadable iPad® app.

Valet Service

Owning an Equus means you may never have to set foot in our service center. Ever. Not for an oil change, not for a tune-up. When it's time for service, contact us by phone or through the downloadable Equus Owner Experience iPad® App, and we'll come to you, pick up your car, deliver a Courtesy Replacement Vehicle and return your Equus when it's ready.

Free Maintenance

Owning an Equus comes with the confidence that all of the normal scheduled maintenance is covered for 5 years or 60,000 miles. This doesn't just mean oil changes, but all parts and labor included in the Equus Owner's Manual under scheduled maintenance. And Equus maintenance is easy and painless given the convenience of our valet service that comes to you, picks up your vehicle, delivers alternative transportation and returns your vehicle when the work is done.

Equus Customer Connect Center

The Equus Customer Connect Center provides a premium level of service for Equus prospects and owners. Operating seven days a week, this service gives you access to questions about warranty coverage, features and functionality, Authorized Equus Dealer locations or even help scheduling a personalized demonstration appointment (applicable for period of 5 years/60,000 miles).
